There are two files called contract.war
one in the root of "tools"
another in "tools\contract"

And technically there is one in the default\deploy directory as well. 

We need 2 at most. One ideally.

The ESB build script has been modified to deploy the version in the ear file.

There should now be a copy within the tools directory and another in each server profile.
