My feeling is that if there are separate dirs for ESB/EAP docs then the ESb should conatin only files that are ESB specific. Probably should be discussed on SOA-P team meeting.

duplicates removed, esb schema dir now contains only the esb schema file

The jbossesb.xsd file is in both ESB/EAP  dirs in embedded
