defaults for permgen have been set to 1024M in the run,conf etc to work around this problem but 
there is need to investigate why PermGen space has to be so high when using Rules + jBPM + WebServices
an if there is anyway to reduce the amount of permgen needed,

soa-74 is the workaround for this problem
