produced cut with jars mentioned above for testing. Awaiting test results

removeal of the ts jars t break the quickstarts, quickstart paths should be amended

closing this issue for the ts-common.jar, will raise new jiras  in appropriate projects and new SOA  jira to monitor progress of duplicate removal in dependent projects
