The permanent fix for this should be in the EAP, patching our copy as a temp fix for CP01 and moving fix version to cp02 for the permanent fix

eap issue is still open

patch done for SOA, leaving open till permanent fix comes from EAP

closed as eap have rejected the fix in their codebase for 4.3, so our patch remains.
