This task involves the following:
- Remove the "standalone" section of all quickstarts readme.txt except for "aggregator"
- Update the readme.txt in quickstarts/conf to reflect the "testing & debugging" with limited use cases capability of
ant run (aka standalone mode, bootstrapper)
- I'm also reformatting the quickstarts/conf/readme.txt so that it is formatted more nicely for use in 
"ant help-quickstarts display", basically shortened each line so that it doesn't wrap.ant
