The .../tools/console directory contains extra files that are no longer needed after the removal of the transformation console in SOA-434.  The files are:

  CONSOLE-README.TXT
  CONSOLE-import.sql
  MANAGEMENT-README.txt
  build.xml

Please do not remove MANAGEMENT-README.txt.

Don't worry, Julian was not supposed to add MANAGEMENT-README.txt to that list :)
