During the console build process the error is reported
build.xml:112: /home/jpechane/pokus/43IR1STAND/jboss-esb/tools/console/management/${lib.dir} not found.

The probable problem is caused by
<available file="${esb.root.dir}/JBossORG-EULA.txt"/>

Should be
<available file="${esb.root.dir}/JEMS-EULA.txt"/>

Please create an ESB issue for this and assign it to me.  I had a look at the build.xml last week and there are a couple of issues with it.
