Must reopen the issue - the exception is there. It is WARN so I unintentially filtered it out.

added to 4.3.CP02 release notes as resolved:

JBPAPP-1044 - FIXED: In some instances SEAM applications where throwingNullPointerException exceptions when being un-deployed.
