This statement is not accurate:
send out a notification message over JMS(topic) using the esb-console. The Smooks processors
will receive this event and reload.

We removed the esb-console and there is no longer JMS topic to broadcast the smooks file changes. Please verify with Tom F.

This is correct.  We no longer support a centralized transformation config model, so this notification mechanism is not longer supported.

This inconsistency has been removed.  Docs are now updated in trunk and 4.4 CP branch.
