At least these two lines are twice in the file and trie to reconfigure the same file
        <reconfigure file="${target.dir}/deploy/jbossesb.sar/esb.juddi.xml" old="juddi-sql/hsqldb/"
                     new="juddi-sql/${org.jboss.esb.server.database}/"/>
        <reconfigure file="${target.dir}/deploy/jbpm.esb/jbpm-service.xml" old="hsqldb.sql"
                     new="${org.jboss.esb.server.database}.sql"/>

Can we have confirmation that fixes are in place for 4.2CP03.
