Need to investigate if we need to ship deploy/juddi-service.sar with the standalone version.
It wasn't shipped with 4.2.  However, we need to update the versions that EAP ships with.

we need to ship deploy/juddi-service.sar in the standalone version.
It wasn't shipped with 4.2 standalone version because there is no juddi-service.sar in EAP4.2.x . We packaged the jars and war related juddi into jbossesb.sar directory in 4.2 soa-p release. The juddi-service.sar is introduced by EAP4.3 , so we should remain it.
