Need to verify that the method described by Charles in JBNADM-3555 is correct - if it is - then this RFE is already in the UI.

This issue can be closed - the function of modifying the discovery time is already in the JON UI. Go to that agent resource's config tab, and look for the setting as shown in the attached screen shot.

After the setting is changed, the plugin container needs to be restarted - restarting the agent effectively does that.

So - you can either:

At the agent prompt: 
   pc stop
   pc start

Or:
   shutdown
   start

Or: or just shut the whole thing down and restart the agent
