The ESB "version" and "esb.server.name" properties need to be set in the SOA build.
Note that for the SOA 4.2 branch, the ESB CP number is not the same as the SOA CP
number.

The:
  META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
file in:
  .../jboss-as/server/*/deployers/esb.deployer/lib/jbossesb-rosetta.jar
already contains the SOA ESB version.

Verification instructions:
  cd jboss-as/server/default/deployers/esb.deployer/lib/
  unzip jbossesb\-rosetta.jar META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
  grep Implementation-Version META-INF/MANIFEST.MF

This should contain "4.7_SOA_5.0".
