Monitoring console should be deployed (acording to SOA_ESB_Monitoring_guide) using 'cd tools/console/management-esb && ant deploy'. However it fails on clean install of soa-4.2.0.GA_CP03_CR7 with:
jboss-soa-p-4.2.0.GA_CP03_CR7/jboss-as/tools/console/management/build.xml:102: jboss-soa-p-4.2.0.GA_CP03_CR7/jboss-as/tools/console/management/${esb.lib.dir} not found.
If you have it somehow compiled (Lukas had) than it's reproducible using 'ant clean && ant deploy'

Likely to be SOA-582, logged against 4.2 CP02 but was fixed in 4.3 IR5.

Yes, that was the issue. Ondrej confirmed. I created a new issue in CP05 for ESB so we can track this in the next release.
