Programmers guide references org.jboss.soa.esb.actions.routing.HttpRouter instead of org.jboss.soa.esb.actions.routing.http.HttpRouter.  My understanding is that ESB users are supposed to use the latter HttpRouter, not the former.

Further, the documentation needs to document the following properties

1.)  "endpointUrl" including "http-client-property"
2.)  "method"
3.)  "MappedHeaderList"

all of these changes have been incorporated from the upstream with the exception of "MappedHeaderList"  I can find no mention of it anywhere except in the JBossESB javadocs which is has no documentation associated with it.

Can you see if anyone has anything to add for it.

Kev, can you please add some information about MappedHeaderList to the project docs as per Darrin's comment above?  

I will then merge it into the product docs. Thanks.
