We should have respin.docs target to recreate *-docs.zip with any modified SOA docs.

The current docs.zip target in builders/EAP/build.xml does not seem to pick up changes in SOA docs that have been committed to the build-toools/docs directory. This may be due to ant thinking there is nothing to do. Can you investigate and if this is the case create a respin docs target that forces it to pick up the changes.

Fixed at  https://svn.devel.redhat.com/repos/jboss-soa/branches/4.3/build-tools/builders/eap/build.xml with reversion r3099
