Also, please, use anti-aliasing for all the images, so that the ends of transitions look nice. 10.3.2: Misrendered arrows in fog 10.1 19.1: Fig 19.1 could be made to look much better if the lines were straight. --- Preferably these images should be redone.
This is a clone of soa-1244 for tidiness as soa-4.2 cp04 is based on the jbpm back ported from soa-4.3 cp01.

The references are different for the 4.2 book, they should be: figure 4.2 , 11.1, and 20.1

going to leave the other images as that chapter doesn't appear in the 5.0 version of the doc. There is nothing actually wrong with those images
