The following jars are missing from the jbrules.esb
janino-2.5.15.jar
antlr-runtime-3.1.1.jar
core-3.4.2.v_883_R34x.jar
jsr94-1.1.jar
jxl-2.4.2.jar            
xpp3_min-1.1.4c.jar

They are still being copied into brms/dist and not brms/dist/platform and are therefore not being picked up in the jbrules.esb assembly phase

seperate jira as this is a pure build issue
