project_key: SOA

Seeing this once in a great while - when no apps/.esbs are deployed - there doesn't seem to be any functional impact:

20:07:25,004 WARN [SubscriptionNotifier] NotificationTimer is lagging 1024 milli seconds behind. A lag time which exceeds an acceptable lagtime of 500ms indicates that the registry server is under stress. We are therefore skipping this notification cycle.
20:07:25,005 WARN [SubscriptionNotifier] Skipping current notification cycle because the registry is too busy.
