++ This bug is a clone of bug 779515 ++ Affects: Documentation (Ref Guide, User Guide, etc.) Date of First Response: 2010-02-07 19:27:08 Help Desk Ticket Reference: https://enterprise.redhat.com/issue-tracker/424663 project_key: SOA In jBPM Reference Guide [1], 16.4.19. variable ========= default is read, write. It is a comma separated list of access specifiers. The only access specifiers used so far are read, write and required. ========= access="required" affects only submitting task variable to process variable and doesn't affect process-state etc. So add this sentence at the end of the description: ==== "required" affects only submitting task variable to process variable. ==== [1] http://www.redhat.com/docs/en-US/JBoss_SOA_Platform/4.3.CP02/html/JBPM_Reference_Manual/variable.element.html
I have added this piece of text to the relevant section (it is numbered as section 14.4.19 in the current build of the document.)
Verified on 5.0 docs. Could you add it to 4.3 docs too?
We will do it in a few weeks when we prepare the next CP release. Thanks, David
I have ported this to the 4.3.CP03 documentation.
Approved for SOA 4.3 CP03
