Len, as per IRC discussion, I have backported parts of the book now from 5.0. Only wording has changed, not factual data but please check! Cheers and thanks.

Sorry to be a pain - but the names of the new figures: Figure 6.6. Metrics Disabled by Default One Figure 6.7. Metrics Disabled by Default Two Really should be changed - the titles that you used are from the screenshots that I attached to the JIRA, but those were just the filenames. ;-) How about: Figure 6.6. Service Metrics Disabled by Default Figure 6.7. Action Metrics Disabled by Default Thanks!

Those screenshots are fine - but the screenshot in 5.6 needs to be replaced - the one in the doc now is form an old versiun of JON. I will attach a up-to-date one to use...
