juddi's RMI InquiryService/PublishService needs a way of setting the random port that is being opened up.      We should be doing something like :

super(<port number>)

rather than 

super()

The random port is a problem for users behind a firewall.

Since this is a 1-line fix, it'd likely be easier to fix this in AOP rather than roll a new juddi v2 build.

Per 2/22/11 SOA-P PM triage meeting, closing as won't fix. Would require a new version of jUDDI.    Closing out as won't fix - this fix is available in later versions of SOA-P.
