* Question as to whether we need to embed the version # in the file name

* JON does not care what the names are - just so long as they follow a pattern

rhq-modeshape-plugin-SOA.<release and CP string>.jar
rhq-teiid-plugin-SOA.<release and CP string>.jar

With ESB 4.9, there are two plugins, one for AS4 and one for AS5.  So, I propose:

  rhq-jbossesb-as4-plugin-SOA.<release and CP string>.jar
  rhq-jbossesb-as5-plugin-SOA.<release and CP string>.jar

in that case we should add as version to all in case it's needed in the future

ESB plugin fixed in revision 6875 of:

  build-tools/builders/esb/build.xml

Commit message:

  SOA-2054.
  Rename the ESB plugin jars to:

    rhq-jbossesb-as4-plugin-SOA-5.1.0.jar 
    rhq-jbossesb-as5-plugin-SOA-5.1.0.jar 

  for the SOA distribution.

The changes have been made for ER3 to rename the teiid and modeshape rhq plugins.
