The jBPM and jUDDI war's are packaged as files.  They should be shipped in exploded form.

Added to the 5.0.2 release notes as resolved:

SOA-2083
The jBPM and jUDDI web consoles were included as WAR files.  The WAR files had to be unzipped ("exploded") before they could be configured.  These consoles are now included in their "exploded" form in order to simplify this process.
