Our documentation and the ESB editor in JBDEV studio both specify that the tag is called "operation":

This is fails giving the following error:

at org.jboss.soa.esb.actions.soap.SOAPClient.<init>(SOAPClient.java:301)
... 66 more

However everything works if you substitutes SOAPAction for the tag name
