Firefox 3.6.4 (on RHEL 5) seems to have a problem sizing and positioning the left sidebar.
Firefox 3.5.15 and Konqueror 4.4.5 (on Fedora 12) display it correctly.

  build-tools/builders/eap/post-patch/patch_admin_console_ui.xml

Commit message:

  SOA-2161
  Alter the CSS for the left sidebar slightly so that it will work on more
  firefox versions.
  Also, increase the font size in the left sidebar.
