Though this is not a bug or anything shipping with SOA 5.1 as  such, the information for the KBase article is important and needs to be in place by the GA date.

HP Systinet can be deployed just to  4.3 SOA-P, because their web framework does not work on 5.x SOA-P server (see SOA-1919). But it's possible to connect from 5.x SOA-P server to HP Systinet deployed on 4.3 SOA-P (use remote server as remote UDDI registry).

Jirka S. is correct - we cannot install Systinet on AS/EAP/SOA-P 5 until it is supported by HP.
