setRuntimeProperty() is defined, but not getRuntimeProperty() - if a user can set a property - they will likely want to view them too.

setRuntimeProperty() has been removed, and therefore, getRuntimeProperty() will not be provided.

Verified to not be an issue in 5.1 ER3 build.
