If you compare the layout of SOA-P 5.0.x and SOA-P 5.1, you'll see that the folder 'src' in '$SOA-HOME/jbpm-jpdl' has disappeared. The file 'version.info.xml' in the subfolder 'src/resources/gpd' of '$SOA-HOME/jbpm-jpdl' is needed for the tooling to work correctly.

I suspect this may be a SOA build issue in which case Trevor is probably a better candidate.

are now available in the SOA distribution zip artifact.
