Once a query is issued against the jdbc driver, subsequent publishing of files is not seen when new queries are submitted.

It was determined the problem was the internal session was being reused, should have been creating a new session for each query.

Changes were committed to 2.2.x branch on 10/28 and should be in the ER4 release.

This problem was identified early in testing and has been fixed.
