project_key: SOA

Customers are requesting features in the SOA Platform for Rest Easy integrations.  In particular, a quickstart should be available to show the expected integration points.  If SOA-P RestEasy/JAX-RS Providers and Actions are made available the JBDS team can modify the esb.xml editor to support this, and reduce confusion on expected use by the Customers.  The Actions should allow use of internal implements/creations of a RestEasy implementation and also an external Rest request/response that is not tied to a RESTEasy implementation.
