Setting this as blocker - PostgreSQL is supported DB but Teiid designer can't generate appropriate DDL files for materialized tables.

Teiid Designer has committed the changes to support to all but Sybase.    DB2 is supported, the version number was removed so that its implied that the current supported database versions are supported and that with each release, we don't have to keep changing them, even though we test using the latest supported versions.
