EDS cannot be installed into the minimal profile.    Because the profile is lacking dependencies for Teiid and ModeShape, this profile should be excluded from the ability to deploy eds to it.

Change committed to the soa build branch and should be in the post ER5 release.

Verified in ER9 build.
