After unzipping the ER6 EDS kit, found that the teiid and modeshape example scripts were not executable.

Unpacking both the unsigned and signed eds-5.1.0.ER6.zip files gives me:

I retried and I don't see the same issue.  I'm not sure what I originally did, but this is no longer an issue.
