The Teiid file (teiid-cache-manager-jboss-beans-rename-me.xml) that enables clustered cache needs to be renamed when deployed to the production or all profile.   Currently, this is a manual step.

Committed to soa build branch, and should be in the CR1 release.  To work around until then, just rename file teiid-cache-manager-jboss-beans-rename-me.xml to teiid-cache-manager-jboss-beans.xml.
