The RHEL init script is missing.

The script was in 5.0.2 - bin/jboss_init_redhat.sh

Customers will be required to create their own scripts to launch the server.  This is required in a production environment.

The script was deliberately removed from EAP 5.1.0 GA.

How come this script was removed without any comment in the release notes, not to mention a replacement? Why other scripts (jboss_init_hpux.sh, jboss_init_solaris.sh) did not suffer the same fate? This is bad...
