The wsmq_router QS readme file contains unnecessary step 2 - creating a datasource WSMQConnectionFactory that is currently unused (TODO in WSMQRouterAction.java).

This is a usability issue. It is an easy fix. We will make it a blocker for 5.1

The readme also mentions the jca adapter but this is not used by the quickstart.  Also, the quickstart uses its own action class to send messages to wsmq rather than use the notifier.

The instructions in the wsmq_router QS readme file contained an unnecessary step for creating a datasource that is not currently used.  This step has been removed from the file. As a result, the instructions are simpler and more relevant.
