Workaround Description: The user should delete the deploy/data/modeshape/repositories/eds-store/indexes directory upon shutdown (or before re-startup).

The ModeShape EDS-Store is using in-memory, and therefore is cleaned upon shutdown.  However, the ModeShape index files that are created when files are published/sequenced are not.   And these should be deleted before the next start up to ensure the data matches the indexes.
