Workaround Description: Set models as visible if they contain procedures

Due to a defect in the query planning logic, procedures that reside in a model that is set as not visible cannot be resolved. The examples should be changed until this is corrected (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SOA-2895) in the Teiid queryplanner or at least a documented workaround should be added.
