Workaround Description: Customers open tickets, GSS works them.  Documentation could prevent these kinds of tickets.

Customers are expressing dissatisfaction with the documentation on File System transports.  Section 9.4 of the Programmer's Guide briefly introduces the tags that are available, but it does not explain which options are valid, if there are exclusivities, etc.

In contrast, the FTP Provider is given adequate coverage immediately after Section 9.4.  Could we please do something similar for the often used File System Provider?

David - I went ahead and mocked up some detail in the same format as section 9.4 of the Programmer's Guide.      It would probably go well somewhere in section 9.    See the attached filesystemmessagefilter.txt file.
