The JobExcutor class http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbpm/jbpm3/tags/jbpm-3.2.11.SP2/core/src/main/java/org/jbpm/job/executor/JobExecutor.java uses backported util.concurrent classes. Unfortunately the classes are not present in any of the jar files
