End-user request to allow access to IMAP on the forums.  Since we now allow SMTP and Submission, it seems reasonable to allow this as well.


Side question...  Are we on the path to one-by-one remove the outbound port restrictions?  Do they provide sufficient security/abuse protection value to keep them or should we do away with them entirely (but still preserve the inter-app firewalls)?

Rob is working on this as a User story in the sprint 4.
