Description of problem:
When visiting the "What is Flex?" page (/app/flex#about) with a Chinese IP address, the last video on the page "Monitoring and Auto-Scaling Built-in" is not displayed, instead it shows "Video not available."

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a Chinese IP address
2. Start a devenv
3. Browse to home page, then click "Flex" in the header
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  
Actual results:
"Video not available" is displayed.

Expected results:
Video is embedded in the page

Additional info:
We need to upload this video to tudou.com and then I can add it to the site.

verified with rhc-site-0.85.2-1.el6_2.noarch on devenv_220
issue has been fixed.
