Description of problem:

Need to get input from Greg Bloomquist but it just occurred to me that config server can not be supported w/ templates that are imported.

Some of the config for hrm.. config server is done by imagefactory.
Imported templates are never run through factory.. hence no support atm.

small correction:

"Some of the config for hrm.. config server is done by imagefactory"

Should be:

"Some of the config for hrm.. Audrey Agent is done by imagefactory"

The key points being that imagefactory sets up two important pieces for Audrey Agent:

 1) /etc/sysconfig/cloud-info (which contains what type of cloud provider the image was built and pushed into)
 2) /etc/rc.d/rc.local (which actually launches the audrey agent at boot time)
