Description of problem:
ginac-1.5.8-4.fc17.src.rpm fails to build from source with gcc 4.7, see for example:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=3662989&name=build.log
Installed ginac-1.5.8-3.fc17 may not be used to compile applications with gcc 4.7.

Additional info:
Release 1.6.2 is available. It seems to have these issues fixed.

Rakesh - are you around?  I can build 1.6.2 if needed.  This has a soname bump and so will require a rebuild of orsa as well.

Go ahead. I am out of country this week, so wouldn't be able to help much.

If i remember orsa is the only dep which needs a rebuild ? Just make sure that is the case.

1.6.2 has been built in rawhide.  I'll rebuild orsa and octave-symbolic shortly after my wait-repo completes.
