Description of problem:
Not able to search certain specific words. Saying permission denined


How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.login with a new user account
2.Search "Tracker"  like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=tracker
  
Actual results:
Red Hat Bugzilla – Access Denied
You are not authorized to access bug #754622

Expected results:
A bug list is listed

This bug is invalid. "tracker" is the alias of bug 754622 and Bugzilla knows this, and it tells you that you are not allowed to access this bug. If you want Bugzilla to not treat "tracker" as being the alias of a bug, simply put it in quotes:

  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=%22tracker%22
