Description of problem:

GUI login box will move from center page to lower right side of the screen when closing the browser and then opening it while there is no access to the network. 
once we reconnect to the network and reload the page, the box will change location.

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open browser to web-admin
2. close the browser without closing the tab
3. disconnect from red hat network and open the browser on the web-admin tab
4. close browser - reconnect to network and open browser

Actual results:

login box will appear in the lower right side of the screen instead of center (see screen shot)

Expected results:

login box should remain in center screen
