Hi Frank, Thanks for lodging this. Imgburn would certainly do the job, but the Installation Guide does not recommend Nero, per se. "Therefore, if your computer has a Windows operating system prior to Windows 7 installed on it, you need a separate piece of software for this task. Examples of popular disc burning software for Windows that you might already have on your computer include Nero Burning ROM and Roxio Creator." It actually avoids recommending a specific burning program, and instead cites popular ones that Windows users are most likely to have heard of or already have installed. If they need burning software, they can then seek out one of their choice, open-source or otherwise. So because we are not advocating Nero and RoxioCreator but merely use them to point the reader in the right direction, recommending Imgburn would be inconsistent with that approach.
