Hide Forgot
When checking if an image is being built in factory for specified target type (for example 'ec2'), current builds are not filtered by this target type.

If there are multiple provider types and image building for one of the provider types takes more time, all builds on the image show page will be marked as "pending" (including the ones which are already built). For most provders image build process is quick/immediate, so it could occur only for provider types where building takes more time (probably rhevm). (On the screenshot above are used mock and ec2 providers, but I updated imagefactory's mock builder for this test to use 60s delay - it will not work for you on these 2 provider types)
